Everything is in working order, yes there was a small hole in the plastic case, but we do no mind because we only cared about the hardware itself, which was all in excellent working condition, we also managed to move a cell and just keep that one spot empty, lucky us! This was just what I needed to put my baby crib together after we lost the screws.Big note: This did not work for the metal mattress frame for me. some crib brands it might, this is something you can look at before buying. (I didn't) My husband said they were all too skinny for that part. We did need to find the big bolts for that but we managed and everything is together now! This purchase was very helpful to me

These arrived yesterday. When bag was opened, contents were all over the place. Plastic container is broken and taped with scotch tape to keep it closed; however, it didn't work. It would have been better to just put everything in a plastic bag instead of this container case with dividers. Box was taped where plastic of the box was broken. What is the use of putting them in a container that is supposed to keep them divided and organized if it is broken and dividers will not stay in place?

This set comes with most of the screws needed for a crib, but it is missing the 4 smaller screws you need for the mattress frame. Also, the box came completely broken. I ordered a second box and it ALSO came broken! Apparently it’s poor quality. Which is a bummer. I would not order again and would not recommend to anyone.
