Perfect for a 2 year old. Well made and sturdy. The animals don’t have much detail but we have a bunch of little people animals that work well with this set too.

Beautiful set. Everything fits in the barn and can be carried by a toddler. Endless possibilities of setup and can coordinate with other toys from this company. Recently our toddler had a helicopter land nearby and rescue a piggy. Imagination booster. Highly recommend

I had my eye on this toy for a while and saw there was a lightning deal on it ($20) so decided to pull the trigger. This toy was the perfect size (big enough to not be a choke hazard, but small enough to take along for travel). All the pieces fit inside the barn for easy transport, although it does take some Tetris skills (mainly because the truck takes up most of the space, so you could always opt not to bring the truck with you). All the pieces are very durable. My 1 year old is currently obsessed with opening and closing all the doors (there are 5!) and occasionally he will pick up some of the other pieces. This toy has been played with every single day since we've purchased it. From a developmental stand point, this is an excellent toy; Toddlers can practice fine motor skills (opening the doors require a pincer grip around the little door handles), gross motor skills (gripping the handle at the top and transporting it around), spatial awareness (the barn can be played with on all sides), verbal/vocabulary skills (naming the different animals, etc.), and probably many more. I can see this toy being played with for many years to come.

Nice take-along barn with animals. This is a smaller barn that has doors that open and close. It's great for transporting the animals inside, but sometimes the doors don't stay closed. It is great quality, durable, and easy to clean. This barn is on the right in the picture. We purchased the Battat farm playset also (shown on the far left in the picture), and some animals from Fisher Price Little People (second from the left) and Boley 12-piece farm animal bucket (second from the right). This Green Toys barn is great for for this age group (12+ months old), and it is easy for the kids to carry it. The Fisher Price animals are the most realistic and the best quality when comparing animals. The Boley farm animals are very cute and durable, and they are a great price for how many animals you get. The Green Toys animals are all one color of molded plastic and aren't realistic, but the kids love to take the Green Toys barn along from room to room (the Battat barn is almost too big for the kids to carry it easily around). Overall, the kids like having the different brands of animals to play with. If I had to recommend the best playset with animals, it would be the Battat Barn playset. The barn is really great and the animals are pretty realistic looking - also, it is sold for about 50 percent less than this set. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!

I was planning my son’s birthday party with a farm theme, and I couldn’t find a cupcake stand that I liked that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Then I came across this toy. It worked great as a decor piece on his party. It didn’t fit many cupcakes but looked pretty nice. And bonus that it also doubled up as a fun toy afterwards - my kids didn’t care about the animals included, but they love to play with this barn using other farm animals that we already had. The barn is pretty sturdy and I love that it closes up pretty well to keep the pieces inside.

A nice baby toy.

Everything I have ordered from Green Toys has been great. Ordered just about the whole catalog for my toddler even though most of the products are listed for an older age group. He loves these toys. He carries the planes all over the house and loves to play with the boats in the pool and the bath. He takes the farm truck from this set and carries it all over the house. All of the green toys are of good quality haven't had an issue with anything. I would and have already recommended these toys to other parents who are looking for solid toys that are environmentally friendly. Great products, will definitely buy new products as my son gets older!
