Works well once you learn how to do it
It took me a couple of weeks to really figure out how to apply this so it didn't leak and I didn't get sore from the mask pressure. I wish it was just a little stickier so it would stick to my nose but to get around it I place it and then tip my head back just a little. To get the correct fit I then spread the nose band area of the mask just a little so everything sits flush across my nose. It has relieved the sores I was getting on my nose. I've been using the same pad for several weeks now and yes it has yellowed a little but nothing as bad as what some people were saying. I wash it every day in hot water when I wash my mask and it's held up very well I would recommend and purchase again.

Great product, but expensive
This is the best nose pad for cpap users that I have found. But they are ridiculously over priced.

Stopped pressure sores on my nose, with NO leaks!
I use a Resmed AirTouch F20 mask, and for some reason was getting frequent pressure sores on the bridge of my nose. If I loosened it to avoid the sores, the mask leaked like crazy. After some research, I decided to give these a try. It was a struggle to decide between these and the Gecko Pads, but the price on these seemed better. I'm so glad I tried them. The pressure sores are gone, and the mask isn't leaking either. These pads are about 1/8" thick, and appear to be made of some kind of gel material. The instructions say to wash and dry the pad each day, and it should be good for at least a month. I have noticed that the material is getting a little bit yellow as it ages, but everyone is asleep, so who cares what color it is? I have been wiping down the area around my nose and face with a mild moisturizing Witch Hazel, then placing the pad so it covers the bridge of my nose. I keep my head upright and slip my mask on, then fasten the straps and the mask holds the Boomerang Pad in place. The 3 pack was pretty reasonably priced, and so far I am very pleased. I hope that you get good results, too. Remember to wash the pad and your face in the morning, and put the pad back in its shipping container to keep it dust free and clean. Good luck!

Didn't work as well as I'd hoped they would.
After following all of the instructions, once I applied a gel pad to my nose it didn't stick as promised. I'd have to tip my head back to keep the pad somewhat in place as I hurried and put my CPAP mask on. Sadly, I still have a red spot on my nose when I wake up in the morning. (Maybe a mask issue?) I must say, however, these do make my mask more comfortable to wear and I still use a gel pad at times.

Huh...I spent my $ on this
I reviewed all the choices for CPAP pressure pads & after reading the reviews...hit the ol' Add to Cart button. My nose had been killing me since receiving my CPAP machine... Hoping the comfort would be immediate, I carefully folliwed the directions & the tips I read in the reviews. 1st impression was wow, increased pain to my nose. Adjusted the straps, still pain. I believed it would subside as the pad would mold into the contours of my features. Worst night's sleep in a while & even worse, my score for the night's CPAP use was the worse in a month. Mask leakage like crazy.Didn't stop there...tried again & again...same freakin' thing. Bad score on leakage, mask off because it hurt more & less sleep.I envy those who do well with these pads but not me. Better to get the benefits of the CPAP with pain than no benefits & worse pain. Not happy at all. Sorry now my $ was spent on these, real sorry.

Better seal than Gecko
I use a high air pressure setting for my apnea. I also use full face mask with memory foam (RESMED F20}. Had to keep it tight to prevent big leaks and that resulted with sore on bridge of my nose. Tried RESMED Gecko pad but found that it did cushion my nose, it was also thick and created more leaks, It also was wide enough that it would get into my eye. I tried Boomerang to see if it worked better and it did. Leakage is not as bad and it is smaller and stays out of my eyes. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is not quite as cushioned because it is thinner. Price is also better than Gecko.

Effective for nasal discomfort
After being prescribed a CPAP device I found out I’d need to use a full face mask as opposed to just a nasal one. The problem is that while my nose fits within my Resmed mask, the ridge of my nose presses straight against the edge of the mask. The visible marks on my skin I could live with but the problem was that it severely bruised my nose and made it very delicate to the touch after only two days.I tried a few different products to resolve the problem and this was the only one that worked. Others didn’t prevent the nasal bruising and air would air leakage was extreme. The only negative I would say is the price point is a bit high for a nasal guard that lasts a month. You’ll also find your air leakage likely a slightly bit higher because the mask is sealing against the guard instead of skin. But overall so happy with this product.
