Why did you pick this product vs others?:While there were multiple different bearing manufactures for this specific size, I chose the Timken bearings based upon previous experiences with the brand. I have rebuilt transmissions from over the road trucks to very small electrical motors and the Timken brand was always spec on with their tolerances. These bearings fit perfectly into the castings and onto the motor shaft with minimal effort. Once the rebuilt electrical motor was reinstalled into the pump system it ran perfectly and was as quiet as a new motor. In the future this will always be my brand of choice first.

This was used to rebuild a 6 roller Delavan cast iron pump in conjuction with the Delavan rebuild kit which does not contain this bearing. The bearing fit and restored the pump to like new condition. I prefer to order brand name products like Timkin for my repair projects. I am happy with this product and would buy again in the future.

Great bearing used these on the front motor of a pool pump

The two idler pulleys in my 2003 Chevrolet Malibu (3.1 L) were badly worn and causing a whine, so rather than spend $40 on two complete idler pulleys, I bought a 2-pack of these bearings and pressed them into the original pulleys. The engine is nice and quiet again now.

Replacement for my 94' Blazer 5.7 L idler pulley. Alot cheaper than buying a whole pulley.
