I love this thing! It works great and I freeze a lot of my food. I use it every time I have to take something out of the freezer for dinner. I need to get one of these for my trailer! It's easy to store, good quality, and I even put on Facebook what a great item it is. Cleaning it is a breeze!!

Every time we use this tray, we question why we didn't buy it sooner. It works well and is so much faster than waiting for meat to thaw in the fridge. We trust it a little more than microwaving meat and rushing things that quickly. It's a simple, sturdy tray, looks like a cutting board, and is easy to clean. Great purchase!

I actually purchased 2 types of these... this one and one that has a silicone strip around the edge with little silicone nob feet - so it sits above the counter. I like that one the best. This one works. I put it on top of a paper plate so there is air circulating under it - this seems to help. It will hold 2 large hamburger patties - approx 3/8" thick thaw in about 1 hour. HAND WASH ONLY. I do wish we could throw these in the dishwasher due to the raw meat aspect - but you cannot. So I spray with a little antibacterial spray, let it sit a few minutes and then wash with soap and hot water. Not sure about how long they last with careful care. Time will tell, so I always add that I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful!

My grandma has something similar to this, so I figured I would buy it. Well... I am kinda disappointed by it. It is a very thin and somewhat cheap feeling utensil. Once you place something frozen on it, it is instantly cold and it isn't raised so that coldness just stays there. Defrosting anything on this takes forever.

Take a frozen steak or chop, place it on the sheet and soon it will be defrosted.
