The rope is a little flimsy but it's very good for training... its got some nice weight... adjust to the right height and this rope does all that you want...

I'm a beginner and was looking specifically for a jump rope that has a bit of weight in the rope itself. This one helps me feel the rope as it goes around. It also comes with 2 little weights for the handles if u prefer that.Good quality and reasonable price. Easy to adjust rope length.

Good build quality but some functionally flaws...First off, the weights are two metal cylinders in each handle which lives along side the rope.To adjust the length of the rope you have to unscrew the bottomed of the handle and there you'll find the rope fed through. Attached to that rope is a small, plastic washer. Great right? Nope.My first skipping session with these I had to re-adjust the size as few times because it caused the rope to edge out upon a trip up. It was very annoying. The reason for this is because a washer functions both ways: pull out of the handle to shorten but also pull the rope from the top off the handle and it extends.The fabric of the rope also had a level of grip when coming contact with my shoes.

The rope keeps flying out of the handles and the rope does not stay in the handle. The bindings do not work and are too wide.Do not buy this product.

Havn’t used a jump rope for years but have found Proiron is easy to use fully adjustable and the weighted (optional) handles are soft grip.

It's past the return period, but surely someone in charge should reach out for maintenance reasons. But I really feel how unfair and how unsafe this is. It almost hurt people in the gym. This is a safety hazard. I would like to say the rope is good but it would be nice to have a rope that is not a safety hazard to others around you.

This is a fantastic rope. It is beautifully balanced and gives you lots of feedback. This is not a speed rope for doing tricks but a rope to give an upper body strength. The only downside is that the handles is not as robust as it should be. My one broke at the top of the handle but it is still a good rope.
