LOVE the backrest!!
I typically just use a chair or a step ladder to reach high shelves, which is ok for my main floor, but a major pain on our 2nd floor or basement. Both of the options are kinda heavy, so having to lug them all of the way up and then all of the down is tiring. When I saw this step stool with a backrest I was intrigued. I've never seen one with this unique design before. It's lightweight and the backrest has a handle, which are both helpful when carrying it around. The handle makes it easy to open with one hand. Besides using this as a step stool, it's great for when I need to sit down low for a project. My knees are very thankful that I don't have to sit on the floor. This is designed to be solid and sturdy. Even though it doesn't lock when unfolded, it stays open and level without issue. I haven't encountered any incidences where I felt it was unsteady or that it was going to tip over. The stool surface is designed for extra stability with a large 16 inch rectangular top and non-slip circular pads. It's made with heavy duty materials, so it can support up to 300 pounds. When folded it takes up 2 inches, which is barely anything. It's also very easy to clean. Just wipe it down and you're good to go. This is perfect for my needs and a great deal.

I love this bench.
I love the fact that it is easy to take with you. It held me and works when you need the extra height. I almost sent it back because of the size, but I had to get into a high vehicle one day and decided to try it. It worked well, held me, and now I use it often. I do wish it was a bit wider but it works.

Works well and cheaper than a running board.
I am having trouble getting into my grand caravan and was considering a running board. They cost quite a bit and I saw this with the handle so that I can step in and pull it in after me. It works great. If it was just a little thinner it would be perfect. But then it probably wouldn't be as sturdy. Now I just have to figure out a place to put it in the van that's handy.Update: It fits right by the door and the brake so that's solved. I really do like it and use it all the time.

Cheaply made
Poorly designed. Bought this as a step stool/seat for my child (3 YO) to use. The first one broke upon delivery, the replacement lasted three weeks before breaking in the same spot as the first. We barely used it and when we did it was only for it’s designated purposes. Would not purchase this again or recommend

very small
The chair is very sturdy for its size. It is just too short for what I need. It looks like a child's chair.

Perfect Step Stool!
Perfect step stool to help me get into my Jeep. After breaking my hip I needed a little lift into the seat and I use the back of the stool to easily grab it and fold it up. Otherwise I wouldn’t be able to drive. Very handy for my needs!

Seat to watch baby in bath
I got this item because of the back support. I needed something to sit on while I wash my babies hair in the bathtub. It works for what I need however, the seat area is small than what I was expecting. Even though it has a good weight for a person any one much bigger than I would have issues sitting on it. My 8 month son is trying to get on it because it’s so low to the floor. I’m 5’5 and 135 pounds.

A disabled spoonies dream
Sturdy, easy to fold up and down and I absolutely love the little back on it. I’ve started using it in place of my shower chair and it feels much safer as I’m closer to the ground. I also use it to sit as I get laundry out of the washer which is very low to the ground. Highly recommend.

Very sturdy
This is foldable. A compact, sturdy and safer choice than many wobbly flimsy stepping stools.
