The good: Great value for all the decorations you get. They are brilliant under normal lighting. With a black light, they are bright, vibrant, and so colorful. The bad: The garlands with shapes tangle so easily. I made the mistake of laying them out on the floor where I was going to hang them. I spent way too much untangling. Don’t open the garland until you are ready to hang them and handle with care.

Loved these. I ordered these for 2026 new year party at my home. We decided to do a neon themed event! These looked great especially with the black light.

Hung them up and they reacted very well with all the blacklights that we had setup in the room for our event. Received many positive comments on how great they looked. One con: The tassels were slightly time consuming to put assemble.. they looked cute although not all the tassel colors were equally bright when the lights were off.

These were the perfect touch to my daughter’s glow in the dark balloon arch!

YOU HAVE TO ASSEMBLE THE GARLAND!!! Like roll up the paper and fold it and tie it to make a tassel, and THEN string the tassels together! It was pretty but was a PAIN!

Used these for a neon 80s party and they were perfect. They glowed really well under the black light. Tassels were easy to assemble and looked great. Would definitely recommend for a neon or black light party.

Just as pictured , I was Satisfied with this purchase ,, Bought for our Haunted House ,, They glow bright in the black light ,, I would purchase again
