This knife is huge and super sharp, I was definitely impressed.

Son who cooks like a chef was so excited. He loves it and couldn't be happier. He said the quality is unbeatable.

If you are looking for a knife like this it is well worth it and very well built. It is heavy but I like the heavy weight of the knife . If you are looking for a knife to cut meat or melons this one will do it without question! I would definitely recommend it. It’s large and impressive. Just know it is a little heavier than your average knife so don’t be surprised by its weight. I can also tell you it’s sharp. I showed my girlfriend and it shaved my arm like a razor.

This thing is enormous; calling it a knife is not sufficient. We had to send it back because there is a child in our home and there was no way to keep it safely stored in the kitchen. It's a bone-breaker for sure. Beautiful piece, lovely packaging, but we couldn't risk it.

I purchased this solely because of the steel it was made from. Have you ever followed an internet rabbit hole for unique steel ingredients and recipes? This one was unique. However, it has a pretty shallow kind of axe grind that can't get through things. It just thunk!s. I thought about sharpening it to a steeper angle, but the amount of metal is.. She beefy.
