I purchased this item for my son and went to use it but did not work. Tried new batteries still no luck. Must of just been a defective one. The customer service team was wondering to work with (Brenda) I was sent a new bubble blower at no cost. The new one works great. I received it super fast and even a messaged ensuring I received it.

After about a month and half these just stoped working. Was also hard for my 1and half year old to pull the trigger bc it opens the sharks mouth u had to really squeeze it. But they did love them while it lasted.UPDATE*****after placing my comment about how they didn't last very long for some un known reason the manufacturer reached out to me and wanted to make it right I must have got a bad set or something bc they both stoped at the same exact time. Anyways they replaced the product no questions asked and still stayed in contact threw the hole process till I received them. And gifted me a refund for the inconveniences. So I give it 5 stars even tho the first set didn't hold together as long as it was made for they made it right and my kids loved them before and they love them now thank you

I purchased twice this poor quality product & always broke down after few days. My advice, stay away from this vendor. P.S. Stop working after few days.

They asked me how I liked it. I left a comment not expecting any recourse. My problems with the toys were preferential issues, because the shark functioned just fine even when I got it. I personally didn't enjoy the music or smell of the bubbles and I said so. Immediately Valentina from customer service was dedicated to sending my child something we would be happy with and has gone above and beyond in making sure this was rectified. Now, this bubble shark gets five stars. Just beware the music is quite loud. No way to turn it off, so only get it if you have a great dissociation talent lol

I bought this bubble toy for two kids. After searching for bubbles toys I came a cross to this one. I read the reviews and decided to bought it. I am happy I did. Kids love them. Makes music but no annoying like others toys. Easy to manage for 2 years kids. Kids having so much fun running around chasing de bubbles.

I sent this to my 2 grandboys and of course 1 of the bubble guns didn’t work! Ruined their Easter with a melt down of the 3 yr old!! Don’t buy!!!!

The bubbles came on the 1st use. next time onwards it just the music no bubbles are coming.Kids are highly disappointed -UPDATE: The customer service contacted immediately and shipped a replacement which is working perfectly well. They were very courteous , quick to ship out the replacement

The strength on this bad boy is good for the kids to use. Really blows a lot of balloons in a short period of time. The only thing I don’t like is that it plays a song the whole time there isn’t any way to turn off the music while the bubbles come out.
