Perfect decorations for a glow party. They glow very well under black light. However, the balloons in this set are transparent than other balloons. It worked great for us. But just keep that in mind(I ordered extra black and more opaque neon balloons for variety)

My daughter had a birthday party on a glow in the dark place and this decorations work great. Everything glow and looked grate. The only thing I notice is that the balloons are thinner than others and pop easily if not careful, I filled mine with helium and were fine for the day. The actual paper cutouts are grate I was able to reuse them again the next day in a different party and save them for future parties. Everyone loved them!!

This came with a lot of decorations for the price. Even had sticky dots and lots of extra ribbon for hanging everything up.Will buy my next party decorations the same way. More convenient and cheaper then getting individual decorations.

All the stars, circles and dots are all single stringed and about 3 inch long. It was listed as a garland...they are not.The only ballons that worked under black lite were the polka dotted ones with yellow orange and green. Not as colorful in the picture.

Bought black light and set it up at home. Decorations glow nicely! Balloons are not very irradescent. They do look more translucent. I agree with other reviewers in that balloons have this toxic smell and taste when inflating them.

Beautiful worth the price my daughter loved it!
