As with everything made to fit in or on the ear canal....the items in question are made in one basic size. So, for me, I don't even feel them in my ear after wearing them for a while. I haven't had a problem with them slipping out either. The best advice I can give you is.......order a pair and try them out. If you don't like them or they don't work for you......send them back. I don't know if this answers your question or not but I hope it helps.

Q: How woiuld you rate or score the noise canceling feature? Some are giving the feature a pretty bad rap.

Noise canceling feature is not the best. I'm comparing these to the Bose corded earbuds which are the gold standard IMO. These cut a little of the background noise while flying but they're maybe 60% as effective as Bose.

Q: Have you had success when registering these? Also, do they fit deep inside your ear?

Syncing was easy. These don't fit deep inside the ear. They're designed different from most earbuds. To make them fit push down on the very top of each bud until they're as low as you're comfortable wearing them. That'll give you the best sound.
