Q: Will these fit a man's size 11 feet.

I have the equivalent of a man's size 9 1/2 and I found them uncomfortable. It left indentations around my foot, and made my shoe feel more weird than even having plantar fasciitis does! I didn't see any excuse for them and tossed them.

Q: Can I pit tul’s in them before socks on?

You can, but they might be more comfortable pulled on over socks - they are rather sticky and feel odd against your skin.

Q: Will these slide when walking barefoot? A good cushion with sore heels?

Well, in my experience, they won't slide, but they won't be placed exactly the way you wear them. Sometimes only one will deviate from the course. They are good cushions for your heels. I usually use my minerals to moisturize the heel after a foot dip or pedicure at night, and then sleep with cotton socks to prevent the heel from sticking to the bed sheet.

Q: Will these fit a large ankle?

I don't think it would fit good and help it does stretch out. I would not recommend it
