Great quality scales, as always, just kind of bummed about the colour selection. I ordered 2 packages of 100, and in 200 scales, got no blue or gold, as seen in some other reviews.(Haha, for one project, I literally needed only 2 gold scales, and thought- surely that need will be met when purchasing the mix, but sadly, no joy. I ended up needing to purchase a whole set from Etsy.)I will definitely use the scales I did receive in the mix, just wish that rather than 3 types of silver, there might have been a little more variety. Overall still pleased with the purchase, though!

If you want to catapult yourself into ComiCon as a God Tier Crafter, Scale-maille is the way to go. Everyone thinks it is much harder to do than it looks (don't tell them). Half the magic is in having good materials. These scales will allow you to strut your stuff through many a costume parade, immune to the jealous daggers and blunted claws of rogues and furries alike.

Some of the shades of color aren’t too far off from some of the others, but it has a decent selection. It also has all four of the colors I needed to fix a scale maille pendant that I own that broke. Sturdier than my original scale maille too as it’s just slightly thicker. All in all I’m happy with it.

Since I couldn't order from TRL based in Canada for a sold out item, I purchase these on Amazon to fulfill a customer order. They're an authentic TRL product and as-described. Will be back for rush customer orders.

I'm probably going to need another 500 possibly 1000 of them but they are lovely.

I make chainmail and scalemail jewelry and these are the perfect size for pendants and earrings. They are just about thumb size, very lightweight and the color anodizings are very well done. Will definitely buy more when my supplies run low.

I ordered gold, but I got bronze. And they are not worth the price. You can get cheaper scales on Etsy, that are hand made.
