I purchase the 3x and I was impressed. My sort fit like a glove, better than a girdle, as soon as I started my workout I was sweating and the impressing part is it didn't roll up, move, anything. So light to wear and I washed it with no unraveling issues. Good quality and it didn't have an odor when removed from packaging. I went back and ordered the tank top

I am 5’2” 111 lbs 32C bra 27 waist bought a sm. The shirt is really tight almost like skin on your own skin. It’s suppose to be tight to hold in heat. This type of shirt you have to work at getting it on. Can’t be rushed or holes & pulls will happen. Same thing with taking it off. Some people will put head in first Then one arm at a time. Others will put arms in first then the head. Once it’s above your chest it will take some work to pull it over your chest and into place. This is NOT A loose fitting shirt. If you can get another piece of clothing underneath it, it’s too big. Unless that’s what you are going for. This is made to help heat up your torso. It’s NOT made to help you lose weight. You will lose water weight. BUT once you drink water again you will put water weight right back on. It’s to help heat up your body. The only way to lose weight is calories in versus calories out. It’s NOT the companies fault or the shirts fault if the person is not losing weight. What’s going in the mouth matters. Wrestlers will use garbage bags /sweat clothing to make them sweat but they also restrict their calories to lose weight. If you are looking for a TIGHT fitted shirt to help with Sweating try this. Have patience with getting it off and on. Watch your food intake. Workout, do your cardio and be accountable for what you are doing. This shirt is not a weight loss shirt. I’ve been using these type of shirts for all my prep work for CrossFit comps and marathons/ultra marathons. For me it helps my body to heat up faster and sweat a little more. This is just my opinion. Everyone is DIFFERENT with Different opinions.The 1st shirt had a hole under the armpit. Seller was awesome about the exchange.Absolutely no issues for the new one. Was sent out right away and in good condition.I have bought other stuff since then from the seller.Updated I went out for a run this morning came back started taking off the shirt and noticed the seems along the bottom where the sticky tape is is coming aparpt. It’s too big yet but big enough. I was so concerned about checking for wholes being u see the arms I didn’t fine tooth comb the whole shirt. This really sucks. Eventually it’s going to go all around the shirt and I will not have the sticky part to hold onto my body with. I wish I checked the whole shirt. Now I’m stuck with it. Hopefully I can see it. Look over the shirt all the seems. It’s a pain but you want to make sure it’s in one piece before you wear it.Like I did ;(

I am 5'3, 120lbs. My bust size is a 34DD. Let me say..." It holds up to its name." It makes you sweat. Based on the size chart, I ordered a small. The top fits snug; however, I have a small 'mountain top' which causes the bottom to rise. If they could have elongated the torso area a bit more, I would give it 5 stars. I am tempted to order a medium just for it hang better around my torso. Its a great product. I would recommend.

I love this athletic tee! First lets start with I have sensative skin, many times my skin starts to burn around seam lines of some workout clothes because of the sewing thread that is used (the elastic kind), but I have no burn marks from the threading on this shirt. Second, there is no rise up with this shirt. I can do burpees, pull ups, donkey kicks, run, and jump rope on this athletic tee and it does not budge. Third, it is Eeeeeaasy to clean! Last but not least of all, it helps target only the areas most needed (for me), with extra sweating only where needed most, so my chest does not get too sweaty but my belly really does. Even when I'm pouring sweat this shirt does not shift from my waistline.The only con I would say, is the tag on the inside but after a while it doesn't bother me anymore.I'm honestly impressed and happy I didn't have to break the bank to purchase this and didn't have to resort to those large bulky sweat suits!

I love this top which I wear when I workout.I also wear it doing housework or while just grocery shopping.Be prepared to drawn in sweat. It is real! I dry it inside out before washing it.

First of all let me say that they have very fast customer service my first pair of sweats shaper pants had a hole in the inner thigh. I immediately emailed & sent a picture of the defect the sweat shaper sent me a whole new pair to replace them free of charge within a day or two. The pants are true to size as well as the two tees I purchased (m). You really will sweat in these items so I do recommend that you purchase them from Sweat Shaper. For those who have hips, muffin top or a fupa and are concerned about the top rolling up you don't have to worry about that issue it has grip 360° at the waist line 👍🏽. 8/7 After first wear of tee I discovered a hole in the left arm pit due to improper stitching. Hopefully I can get a replacement 💪🏽 I really like this brand.

I wear a XL. I brought this before on IG. I got a 2XL here and the top was like a medium top. Didn’t get pass my shoulders. The pants barely made it up but not all the way. I would try the 3XL bottoms but the top will be small again. I will have to buy each separately which will cost more

It does exactly what it's suppose to do, makes you soak in sweat! Be prepared!Great for working off the goo! Similar to neoprene shirts but lighter material and it doesn't make that swishy noise when you move, which I like.
