Best electric fillet knife in the market

Great knife
Well, I’ve bought other knives and thrown them away because they were junk. This one here is well-made and the blades are nice and sharp and it works exceptionally. I would highly recommend.

Great fillet knife... for those who never liked the idea of cleaning fish
Luckily for me, I had family members who could clean fish. This was a trait I never bothered picking up til late in life. I've caught thousands of Crappies over the years. I released most of what I caught and gave others to friends who went with me. The idea of cleaning them seemed to much trouble. It wasn't until friends started begging me to have a fish fry, the thought of filleting them entered my mind. Since I had one expensive unused fillet knife, I figured I would trying filleting a few Crappie this way. Even though the knives were sharp (I bought a second knife), for me there had to be a better way. I started thinking electric fillet knife, but when I found out they made a cordless one...this was even better. I bought the Bubba Cordless Pro version on sale with the 4 blades. Honestly I fought I will use the other 3, since I bought it for Crappie. I guess I can use it also for turkey or ham around Christmas. Anyway the learning process wasn't bad after watching numerous Youtube videos. I jumped in and tackled 40 fish over 2 days. The process was slow starting out for me, but as I got comfortable I moved faster. Even after all that, I wasn't completely happy, so I kept reading suggestions in reviews. Several reviewers suggested using Mr. Twister blades, which I found for around little over $9 at Academy. These blades are stainless steel and far nicer than the Bubba Blades. I suggest cutting with the Bubba Blade first, so you can really appreciate the smoothness of the Mr. Twister when you use it. The Mr. Twister certainly let's you get the most out of your fillets and it's also easy to make that V cut around the rib cage. After cleaning over a 100 Crappie to date, I can say the Cordless Bubba with Mr. Twister blades can even make me look like a pro at filleting. *The diagonal cut they suggest when cleaning Crappies is by far the best way to clean Crappie in my opinion(the fish innards pretty much stay intact, you can discard it all with the carcass in one toss.

Works great!
Have used the product for about 9 months. No problems with the blades dulling. The battery is somewhat difficult to assemble but love the operation of the knife. It also feels good in the hand.

Unbelievable quality! Both the tool, blades and also the case.
I've watched my friends at "fish camp" have used this model/brand for several years and I just couldn't resist so this year I broke-down and ordered one. It is just awesome! Powerful, comfortable, the blades are unbelievably sharp and hold their edge for a long time (Our boat cleaned around 150 Walleye over four days on one battery). This one comes with two batteries, charger, four sets of blades, a super strong cushioned carrying/storage case and the filet tool for a great price. My old corded filet knives (including her turkey carving knife are history and headed for the trash). HAPPY FISHING!

Can't find a blade I like
Love the organization of this knife, two batteries, places for the blades to be stored and a little spare room for baggies and a small knife. My only problem is the blades for the knives aren't my favorite. I clean a lot of crappie and the peg that holds the front of the blades together is too big and catches on the skin. Tried using the back of the blade and it is just awkward. Tried the 3 other blades offered and I don't like them either. I haven't cleaned anything other than crappie yet so I'm sure it will work better on bigger fish. Overall a well thought out system.

Sometimes all you can say is wow...
This product is amazing. While I cannot account to its longevity, I can attest to the build quality and functionality. It came quickly and well packaged. While a bit expensive, the blades cut through our turkey and ham without any hesitation. I have arthritis, and I was able to easily glide this cordless knife with ease. Before purchasing, I used my old model with a cord to cut through some London broil, and that was the last time I would ever use that knife and has been given away. This knife comes with an amazing case. I have no doubt this will be used for making thin fillets in the near future.

Best on the market, cordless makes it a dream machine
Best filled knife set ever. I clean from small pan fish to large red drum with those hard bones cuts like butter. Cordlessness makes it a take anywhere choice. Do be without one if you love eating your catch and clean your own. The different size and double blades work wonders in fileting and skinning the fillets
