Her customer service is remarkable.The quality of the fabric and construction is also remarkable. I ordered very large blackout curtains for 5 windows and the sheen, drape, and weight of them cannot be beaten.Speaking of what cannot be beaten is the price point! Check it out! While the shipping time seemed very long (made to order and shipped from China), I actually started recieving the curtains within weeks. The whole order was complete within a month from placing the order. The packages arrived with no signs of damage and were VERY WELL secured with layers of tape over cardboard boxes. Worth the effort to open each one, however!
