Bought 2, one flaky after 1 year, completely dead after 4
I bought two of these for our outside gates as they are advertised as for outdoors and weatherproof. in about a year or so, one of them developed a sticky keypad. Now, after 4 years that keypad rarely responds and when it does, it is to a single key at random.

The lock looks fine but the core that was shown on this listing does not fit. I need to know how to get the correct core for this lock or it’s useless.
