Great speed rope, I like that I can adjust it to my own height. I’ve used it a handful of times so far and it seems great for the price. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the nut and screw on the rope by the handle fell off after one use, so I make sure to tighten the screw down every time before use. It’s annoying but that’s the only con I have.

Works great for my HIIT cardio workouts. I recently started getting into boxing workouts and trainings so I bought this jump rope.I easily adjusted the length to my preference with a simple twist and turn of the screw tightnera by he handles.The handles seemed a bit small at first but after trying it for a few minutes I did t think it was a big deal at all.It seemed like it was going to be to light but again after the first workout the weight is just fine, even for double unders. So if you're into crossfit, boxing or need some new cardio workouts buy this jump rope

I own or have used pretty much every speed rope on the market (for CrossFit), and for $8 bucks, this rope isn't that bad. The bearings spin decently enough, the handles aren't slippery and they're easy to manipulate. The tragic downfall here is the actual cable, it's too light. For someone experienced with double-unders, this might not be all that big a deal (though it does require a little bit more wrist to maintain rope speed), but this would not be good for someone that's trying to learn double-unders. Interestingly enough, I do like the collars that come with the rope since you can hand tighten them. I'd still find your preferred length and use pliers and a screwdriver to make sure it sticks in place, but it's useful for finding that length.Not bad, but for $8 bucks, you could go with a rope with a sturdier cable.

Good little rope for the money. Yep, it's a speed rope (I have the whip marks to prove it).:-)I needed a cheap replacement for a cheap rope I broke at my Crossfit gym by dropping the barbell on the handle--oops. For the money, this rope is much better than the one I broke :-) I went ahead and bought a second. I noticed they are not identical (the first has a thicker rope), so I now have a favorite, but they are both good for the price. Thanks! (P.S. new personal record 85 unbroken double-unders in the first week, up from 76 set two months ago!)

Good for the price , looks cheap but ok

Completely satisfied with this purchase. we bought 4 of them, and use them in a crossfit group class 3 times a week, and they have held up solid for over 3 months now, despite being thrown around between sets, used constantly, and super intensely. would reccomend this for anybody looking to get some ropes on a budget

Overall I give a 3 b/c the stoppers on the end keep sliding off on one side.

The rope is just the same I was trying to find for that price, also is nice that you can change the size.I’ve jumped 4 times and the quality is good and the rope isn’t scratched

La entrega muy bien ya que llego antes del tiempo estimado,, solo que el color si es diferente al que viene en la imagen, es mas como color rosa mexicano en lugar de rosa claro como lo muestra en la imagen.
