Great small puzzles that even my 22 month old grandson can do. Pieces are big and chunky for him to hold. Colors are very bright. I only gave 4 stars because I wish the puzzles had the same colors of the pieces on the bottom board. However, he's only had them a few weeks and he can put most of them together with a little effort. This is a great learning toy, and fun too!

Very cute puzzles, perfect for preschoolers. As far as skill level…not too hard, but just right to give them the confidence and feeling of accomplishment. Bright and colorful puzzles with thick, smooth, and sturdy wood pieces. Always supervision around these, you never know who’s going to pop a puzzle piece in their mouth. These were purchased for our classroom at daycare. I purchased my own set to have at home for my grandkids. On the box the age is for 1+. I would not let a one-year-old play with this, they’d be putting the pieces in their mouth, not putting the puzzle together. Again, great for preschoolers. A little tricky for the 2 yr olds, but the 3 and 4 year olds that I watch love these puzzles. You can see their little minds working. And it’s they can do by themselves, which always gives a sense of pride.
