Item was delivered on time. And it came packaged just as advertised and presented. I only just don't know the the dosage spread/timetable even as it's meant to be 4 tablets daily. Should it be 4 tablets at once or otherwise?

Tablets too big for swallowing

As others have cited here I have no problems with the size of the tablets. You could actually snap the tablet in half for those feeling they are hard to swallow.I feel my energy levels have slightly increased. As for increased blood flow in reference to ED I am undecided. I am halfway through the first bottle. I feel another bottle at least in order to fully appraise the efficacy.

Still need to be in physical health bmi slim fitter with nitrogen oxide you can be hard every morning and later in the evening alone

It didn’t work out for me

I bought these supplements as I have high blood pressure so it's not advisable to use the more conventional erection medication available over the counter. I have been taking 2 Adam pills in the morning and 2 in the evening over the course of 10 days and have noticed a clear improvement in my sexual appetite, energy and erectile performance. Highly recommend it especially if you seek to reduce the use and dependency on over the counter erection medications
