Reliable Everyday Monitor with Great Value and Versatility
I’ve been using the Samsung F24T450FQR for several months now, and it’s proven to be a reliable, well-rounded monitor that handles everything from work to streaming with ease.Display Quality:The 24” Full HD IPS panel delivers crisp, vibrant visuals with solid color accuracy and great viewing angles—perfect for office work, video calls, browsing, or casual content creation. The 75Hz refresh rate is a nice step up from the standard 60Hz, giving smoother motion for scrolling and light gaming.Design & Ergonomics:The slim bezel design makes this monitor ideal for dual-screen setups, and the adjustable stand is a major win. You can tilt, swivel, pivot, and adjust the height to find a comfortable, ergonomic position—something rarely found at this price point.Connectivity:With 2 HDMI ports and a DisplayPort, it’s easy to hook up multiple devices without constantly swapping cables. I use it with a desktop and a laptop, and switching between them is seamless.Verdict:This monitor hits the sweet spot between performance, build quality, and value. If you’re looking for a solid 1080p IPS display with ergonomic flexibility and a clean, professional design, this is a fantastic choice.Highly recommend for home offices, students, and casual users alike.

Easy to set up, good screen
Wanted to extend my 17 inch gaming laptop with an external screen and monitor. This is just a few inches larger, doesn't overpower me as a 27 inch screen I tried, or fill up the desk leaving me no space, and looks pretty smart.Graphics are good and capable of 100hz refresh rate, quite enough for me in any game or watching a movie. The 1920x1080p screen is like my laptop and looks just as good whereas a 24 or 27inch with the same screen would lose the quality.Easy to set up (plug and play with HDMI cable) and a button at back to control all aspects of screen lighting/colour etc such as contrast, brightness, gamma etc, even shadow detail, plus the added advantage of eye saver mode.Note: I bought the version without speakers as I have external ones.Definitely recommend!

Good, but depends on what you need it for
I did end up returning this, but it seems like a decent option for anyone looking for a display for office work. The screen is big, so can be useful for multi-tasking - I liked that the monitor can be rotated 90 degrees. It comes with diagrams and instructions for putting together, and seems sturdy once assembled even though it's plastic. The monitor is matte, and it's easy to adjust the colour and brightness settings with the 'toggle' on the back. The stand height is also easy to adjust. If you're used to higher-resolution screens (for design, gaming or video viewing) this might not be sharp enough, as the pixels can be noticeable. But overall this seemed like a good choice for other kinds of work.

Amazing basic work/home office monitor
Was using a 14-year-old Samsung T240 monitor which is still working 100% but lacked a lot of features of modern monitors. It's also slimmer (so can be positioned further back) and less obtrusive as there is a barely any bezel around the top and sides. The image seems much sharper and cleaner. With the height, tilt and angle adjustment I can get the monitor into a perfect position for me, rather than having to stand the old one on books as it only had tilt adjustment. This has made longer sessions at the keyboard much easier on my eyes and neck.I considered and weighed up other brands, 1440p and curved monitors but at the end of the day I just needed something basic, functional and made by Samsung.Setup was simple although the power socket is a bit of a pain to access but once you have this plugged in there is no real reason to remove it again.Couple of niggles though - the Samsung website lists 5 firmware updates for the monitor, but you have to download them to see the file names and then work out which one is for your specific model. Also, there is no dedicated power button, so you have to do this via the rear joystick and on-screen display (OSD). If the PC is shutting down, you will lose access to the OSD until the PC stops putting out any signal and the monitor starts to countdown to going into standby.Overall, a great purchase especially at this price. Had been worried about replacing an old working 24-inch screen with a new screen of the same size but I have no regrets due to the improvements and upgrades.

Ridiculous Setup
Completely ridiculous and baffling setup. Numerous pieces of paper are in the box none of which tell you anything you need to know. The bottom line is when you switch it on the screen will be blank. You then have two seconds to toggle the switch at the back to select the right input, a process which is not remotely intuitive. If not it will go immediately into power saving mode and switch itself off. The display is good if you are lucky enough to get it to come on, monitor is nice and sturdy and adjusts well. No VGA connector, the Display Port input works, USB connector not working. HDMI connection may be better, but my computer doesn't have an HDMI output.

Excellent Monitor
I have used the monitor for nearly a year and it has certainly transformed my work. The quality is good and I have had to move it about to different rooms so it is fairly robust. I would have no hesitation in buying another one. Having such a big screen is excellent.
