Consider this a bulk purchase
I love the ASUS stuff. It's actually my first "pre-built" and I'll be using this strictly for playing games, overkill for 1080p/1440p 60fps ultra gaming. Of course, it will run some stuff at 4k comfortably, but if you are like me, and don't need all of that "xtra/xtreme", but love 60-144 fps, ultra graphics, this should last you 7 years 🤣. Thanks to steam deck, you never need to buy the next big thing ever again! At least until this pc ends its life. And it looks awesome beside the TV. "yasss queen, slay" as the pride folks say. But as men say, "Yes, king. Play."

Pretty solid on components and performance
The profomance is pretty solid preforming pretty well on all my test, but what they fail to mention is that your cpu comes overclocked in the BIOs which leads to incredibly high temps out of the box which if you’ve messed with before your comfortable with changing this to what it needs to be, but if someone who’s never touched BIOs before we’re to out of the box run this without realizing they would be disappointed on the temps they’re PC gets, one you turn of intels overclock/boost your temps should goto normal. Out of box temps| IDLE:60° GAMING: up to 100°, after fix| IDLE 20-40° GAMING up to 80°

CPU cooler is not effective
Great CPU, storage, memory, and graphics.Poor CPU cooling and mother board. I have one remaining working USB on the rear I/O panel of the computer. CPU temps were hitting 70 degrees Celsius before I had to remove the side of the case to allow air flow.

Mind your warranty
Bought this prebuilt system in July of 2021. As of May 2023 the ASUS RTX 3070 that came with the system became defective and is out of warranty under ASUS and the Amazon Seller at this point. As others have pointed out the tower itself is shy on cooling. Be sure to set all fans onboard the MOBO and GPU to run at 100% unless you add additional cooling as a minimum.

Well, the basics of a good system are there
I got this product used, it's in near new condition with the protective plastic film still on it. I did some research and I'm not surprised by the people saying that the cooling is terrible. One case fan for a 3070 and I7? I'm trying the system out now in stock configuration, with the glass side panel removed. When my water cooler arrives tomorrow, I'm swapping everything into a mesh front case with multiple fans. As is, side panel off, it's currently running BL3 flawlessly at ultra settings. Obviously BL3 isn't the latest and greatest but I felt like trying something colorful to go with the RGB in the ROG case (my first rgb setup!) The RGB isn't too overdone, a stripe across the front of the tower, glowing Strix logo on the MB, a strip along the inner face of the case, and a little bit on the 3070. It looks pretty nice, IMO. Not trying to throw a rave over here. If not for the cooling issues that I'm certain are real, I'd leave it as is. If you find a good deal on it and feel confident in swapping to a new case, this isn't a bad way to go for the parts you get.

SKIP THIS, BADLY BUILT
Doesn't work! When it runs for a few minutes it just powers off and won't turn on again for a half an hour. Seller also had me send it back to them for 'repairs', but it came back with exactly the same issue, but now outside the return window. SCAMMY THIRD PARTY (lucky trading), DO NOT PURCHASE

Needed some work
In order to get this guy where it needed to be i had to do a LOT of modifications. Starting with the cooler most importantly, then storage, memory, the power button -_- … and fans.Great price for the MOBO, CPU, and Graphics Card, but i had to upgrade pretty much everything else in order to get it where it needed to be. (I got this on sale for About 850 after savings). The money i saved here went directly to upgrades and i ended up around the current list price (1200 USD). But with the system i deserve(:Not to mention the POWER BUTTON BROKE! THE CASE IS TERRIBLE AND HARD TO WORK INSIDE … i had to add an external power button. but i digress.Overall, i actually LOVE this unit. But i have stiff criticism of the work ASUS put on the consumer to get it functioning at optimal status. But, if the price is right! Just rememeber you get what you pay for.
