Looks great, ours arrived with a small scratch to the top of the painted handle so we had to return but otherwise the quality was great! Very heavyweight

The porcelain cross handles are cheaply Made and brake immediately.
First time I turned the faucet handle they broke in three places.

Outstanding quality in a faucet.
Love this faucet. Had it professionally installed so I can't comment about the installation per se; however, the end result is so very satisfactory. When you turn the handles, the water disperses immediately and cuts off the same with no dripping. Jokingly, I call it positive steering in a faucet! The polished brass finish is beautiful and the porcelain handles are the perfect finishing touch. The faucets also feel solid - a little larger than the faucets which were replaced which makes the operation more convenient. I don't know how I managed to get them for the price I paid! Still can't believe it.

great product terrible customer service
I ordered 3 of these Faucets for a remodel of a 1932 cabin, the product is good, the customer service is horrible, dealing with Kingston Brass in Chino California is a joke, I had them shipped directly to my installer, he discovered after installing them that one set was missing the handles, he called Kingston Brass and they said they would ship them out, after a week I called them and they wanted proof of purchase, I faxed that. A week later still no handles.I contacted them again and they never heard of me.Started over.After starting over two new handles arrived, different style but I will not object to that, but no screws to attach them, I contacted Kingston Brass again and they promised to send out new screws, today new handles without screws arrived. I now have one set of cross porcelain handles, one set of Chrome handles and one set of lever handles (plus an extra handle set still without screws)The product is fine, the service is the absolute worst. The plumber was able to find screws that work at True Value.Cost me 4 trips by the plumber but a month after ordering the product I can now use it. Avoid this purchase.
