GROHE 46573000 K4 Starlight Kitchen Hand Sprayer, No Finish

My Grohe fixture has brushed stainless finish. I've been on the Grohe website and found that they no longer make the sprayer for my fixture in brushed stainless, but that it is available in a shiny chrome-type finish. Since I liked this fixture, I definitely did not want to get a new one. Long story short, Grohe is the only fixture I will get. I needed a sprayer that fits my fixture period. I didn't care that the finish is different, so I ordered it. I screwed it on, and it was good to go. I'm very happy with it.

This was not a genuine grohe faucet. It does not function like one, the spray button only works occasionally. I purchased this from Amazon in January 2023 for $172 including tax etc. At the same time I bought the same kitchen faucet from Grohe for about $20 more. I installed the Amazon version of grohe in June 2023 for use and quickly realized that it doesn’t perform like the original grohe that I was replacing. Less water pressure, sprayer button doesn’t work or stay down, due to low pressure. Obviously at worst it’s an inferior product and at best a grohe reject. Why does Amazon allow garbage to be sold on their site, no vetting, seems like anyone can claim it’s an original item for less cost, what a deal.. right🤣🤣 no it’s just a deal, far from it…waste of money. I’m not going to waste my time trying to return it as they will say in past 30 days or some other reason. So do yourself a favor and don’t fall for this kind of thing.A dissatisfied customer

I have many Grohe faucets and have had them for years. They have held up very well. My kitchen faucet has a lot of use so therefore the hand held portion of the faucet has been replaced several times. this particular faucet part has been problematic. Their quality has dropped to the bottom. I am now thing of replacing my entire faucet with another brand.

This looks like the spray head for our faucet, but it makes a high pitched whistle when turned on. To take it apart requires a 36 dollar specialty tool. I will never ever buy a gohe faucet or fixture again. Never.

Supposed to fit, but it didn’t. Had to return it.
