Hi Mountain Brines are the easy way to enjoy the delicious flavor of smoked meats. Each brine is unique - created for different fish and poultry. Ingredients: Salt, sugar, brown sugar, maple sugar, and sodium nitrite (3.99%), (0.08%) sodium erythorbate, caramel color and less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide added as an anti-cake.

Best cure ever
Best fish cure ever made. My Solmon smokes up perfect with this cure. I have tried others but they didn't do the job well at all.

I've been using this for years. Gives the Salmon a bit of a ham flavor but not overpowering. Will continue to use.

It's o.k. it is cheaper and very easy to mix your own brown sugar,salt and water.

Nice mellow brine
Between the 2 packs in the box it was enough to brine and smoke 40+ ponds of salmon with a mellow seasoning than wasn’t salty or over spiced, but definitely wasn’t bland.

Really tasty I like it “ALOT”
Smoke trout, I soak mine for three days instead what the directions says , and smoke with guava wood or apple wood, people say to dry it in the fridge before smoking but I didn’t, came out fine .High heat then low for about 3 hours skin side down and don’t forget to spray none stick on the rack!
