This is the second frame I’ve bought from this company and I’m impressed again with the quality. If I have a criticism it’s about the huge box in which it was delivered - it protected the frame in transit but would urge the seller to look at a more environmentally friendly means of packing. Update: unfortunately the Perspex sheet was broken when I unwrapped it but Boldon were outstandingly helpful and replaced it. Excellent customer service

I bought the 20 aperture frame with a black surround. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged, I saw earlier reviews mention the photos don't stay in the apertures if you don't stick them there but hey, I've never had a multi-aperture photo frame where you don't have to sellotape them to the back of the mount to hold the photos in place.It's not cheap at the best part of £38 including postage, and it feels lightweight with the 'plastic glass', but it's sturdy enough for what it needs to do and looks good on the wall.

I purchased the 12 aperture frame. This is not a cheap item when compared to some other frames. Yet unfortunately it is cheaply made! Cheap in construction and poorly designed. You will need considerable patience to mount your 6x4 inch photos. The apertures are only slightly smaller than your prints and each one needs to be stuck in place using cellotape.?? The sawtooth picture hanger is pretty feeble and the whole frame could do with a bit of stiffening across the corners to hold it nice and square. As I said at the start, the whole thing is cheaply made. The one redeeming feature is that it actually does look quite good after all the effort to get it on the wall. Wouldn't buy it again though!

Frame was perfect for purpose but unfortunately was shipped without any corner protection hence the frame was cracked at one corner. Return process was easy and refund was given quickly.

I did not want a heavy solid wood frame, just something lightweight to display photos in the bedroom. This is perfect. It is very lightweight and plastic. To ensure the photos remained in place I used the backing paper then added some tape to hold each photo in place before putting into the frame. I have used this method with other frames in the past where they are not individual slots for each picture. Very happy with result. I could have spent significantly more on a solid wood frame etc, but for the bedroom this was perfect.
