Save your money. I literally ripped this to shreds. Very little information of any use.

Wouldn't recommend this book. Very thin and the content was very damaging with no healthy psychological basis to it at all. If anything reading this book would set you further back because it's written from a victim shaming and blaming perspective. Truly awful book.

I received this paperback today hoping for helpful and informative content. I was disappointed to find that ithe paperback was only 26 pages long, not quite what i was expecting. Sorry to say it's not one for me

This does not qualify as a book. This is an amateur passing an opinion and trying to sell or as informed information elevated to literature. It's a waste of money. Buy a book written by someone with the credentials to support their propositions.
