Great grip!
These work great for cross country spike replacements. These are still hot longer than what came with my daughter’s shoes but give a great grip on the course.

Good to have on hand during track season
I was looking for an affordable set of spikes to have on hand for track season. I used these several times and had good success. Student athletes said they worked well and were durable. Easy to install and fit well in major brands of spikes. Make sure that you check regulations on spike depth prior to purchasing, but these worked for our high school season.
