I bought these beautiful earrings for my grandmother and she loved them. As she relayed to me, her "89 year old hands aren't so steady any more" and she can no longer grip the post and tiny backings of traditional earrings. She can easily hook these into her ears and the length is perfect. They are not overly long and are light weight. They seem well put together and quite pleasing to the eye. I did put them in another gift box appropriate for earrings because the one provided was for a ring and the earrings just jostled about inside. Honestly I'm surprised they were blemish free when I opened the mail wrapper. One could literally hear them in the packaging being shaken with each movement. That is my only complaint however the earrings were not damaged, they were perfect.

These drop pearl earrings are simple and pretty. The pearls dangle from fishhooks and are just long enough to show nicely if you have long hair. The pearls are a little big for being genuine at the retail price but who could argue with that? They are a flat white color with no real dimension but they don't look like gumballs or anything.The hooks are easy on my ears and I don't have any irritation or pain wearing the earrings. They're very, very light so they don't pull on my lobes at all. I think these are great for everyday. I am not one to care whether I wear pearls and jeans. I wear what I want and I wear these casually and will wear them formally at some point.So far, they have held up well to heat and humidity of New York's summer and they're simple enough to wear with any outfit and any other accessories. I have some other pearl earrings that are smaller studs and I like them just a bit better but these larger ones are also very nice. They are well made and the retail price absolutely cannot be beat!I received these earrings for free in exchange for my honest review. These are really pretty. I don't usually love dangling earrings, but these are simple and classic---they'll never go out of style, and you can wear them for any occasion. The wires are nice, and slide smoothly, and the pearl is heavy enough to not feel like a plastic bead, yet not heavy enough to drag your earlobes down. But the pearls are large, and when you hit them with a fingernail, they do feel a little glassy. So they look okay from far away, but they won't fool a pearl expert up close. (....But how often is a professional pearl connoisseur going to be staring at your earlobes?)Everybody needs a set of pearl earrings at some point---these are attractive and elegant, and they light up your skin like little spotlights. However, be aware that these earrings have a LOT of movement, so if you find that distracting, you may not be happy with these. These are some simple elegant drop pearl earrings. They aren't heavy. I don't like heavy jewelry that will eventually stretch my ear. But these are light and the pearls dangle beautifully. These earrings can be worn with just about anything. These woukd also be a nice gift for a early teen, introducing her to the world of pearls. But just as always pearls are always classy.
