Best paid relief
Haven’t tried it yet, but I have tried previous cans and they were excellent

Effective but scary
It's a bit scary that everything is written in Chinese characters. Is it effective? Yes, it reduces pain better than Salonpas and other lidocaine patches. But it also leaves a fair amount of adhesive behind that you have to scrub off, and I often have a bit of a rash where it was on my skin. So what's in it? Why the rash? If we get an ingredient list, especially something verified by a reputable source, I'd be all in. As it stands, though, I'm not thrilled to put an unknown substance on my skin knowing that whatever it is, it's penetrating into my body.
