The frother works wonderfully. It froths milk like nothing else. I wouldn’t be without it for cappuccinos for the world. It’s the only thing that froths milk to capacity. I wouldn’t NOT be without it

Does a good job but I have found the product only lasts a few months then simply stops working. But obviously not a huge outlay, I am on my third Frother now.

This arrived on Friday 13th September, I used it once for one cup of coffee that evening and then twice a day until Tuesday 17th where it got really slow. The next afternoon I tried it and it just failed to turn when the button was pressed. I put new batteries in and it seemed to be alright for another two cups of coffee and then slowed and got slower and slower until it packed up again. I tested the batteries and they were still putting out 1.5 volts each so I put them back in and it will turn now but as soon as I put the whisk in a 2 or 3cm of water it stops completely. I have recycled the box so it cannot be packed up to send it back in original packaging, but I will request a return and a refund. From all the reviews it looks like they have been supplied with a whole batch of these low quality whisks as the older reviews are all really good. It is always a shame when a small family business is let down by suppliers reducing the quality of their products. 23/09/2024 Amended review After trying 3 different brands of batteries I had a good look at how this works. The simple stop/go thumb switch just pushes a piece of metal above the + connection of the first placed battery (the one underneath of the 2 batteries). This is where the problem lies as forcing the bottom battery in bends the weak metal of the contact. I tried making this better by lifting the metal contact but it just bent back with the insertion of the battery. To overcome this I placed a very small round magnet on top of the metal contact and put the batteries back. Voila! It worked and is very fast when it is on and throws the milk right out of the frothing mug. If this simple switch is replaced in future models the positive reviews would really take off and this small family run company can regain their good reputation online.

Bought this to make latte and boy does it make a good latte! It creates creamy smooth micro foam in under a minute. Customer support from Zulay has been amazing too. The frothy guides are fun to read and gives good inspiration for our homemade beverages
