I am already insulin resistant and have elevated blood sugar. That’s why I’m taking this supplement. It’s also supposed to make you tired so I take it before bed.This supplement has rice flour in it or whatever it is caused my blood sugar to spike right before bed! I wear a cgm so I know.It did work after because my blood sugar promptly tanked.Find a different brand without carbs. This can really mess up your diet if you’re fasting or on keto.
