Ideal for short term use

After numerous orders for knee supports from Amozon, none were suitable so they were sent back. So after a bit more investigation, I saw these. As soon as I put them on I knew they would help, they won’t cure my ailments (I bought two) but I find them helpful. Waiting to see a physio for further advice, but so far so good.

This knee strap arrived promptly, is well made, comfortable and stays in place. I find it gives me the support I need to reduce the discomfort in my knee when walking after an op on my leg.

This is the perfect support for a reoccurring knee strain, easy to wear over or under trousers and provides good support when walking or exercising

I got these around 10 days ago but I can tell I finally found what I am looking for. I hyperextend my knees a lot and I weight lift too but I have large thighs that most braces and wraps do not hold on. I put these on and immediately felt a difference in my stance. I could tell my knees were not so far back and I just felt less pressure, so I did a couple of laps on the stairs and a few squats and that is where I could really see the difference and say how they work. I had such low expectations for these because they're so minimal. I do not think you will find relief if you have serious knee pain or a real injury. I am just trying to prevent one of these serious injuries and want to lift weights responsibly. Sometimes there is a discomfort if you hyperextend, but otherwise it is fine.

I would class this patella strap as a medical grade item. It's so well made. I've seen quite a bit of similar items and this is by far the best.I'm a keen cyclist and more recently a keen runner. These two sports are very different in terms of pressures they put on your body as well as potential strains and injuries you may get.This patella strap is perfect for running, as the manufacturer noticed. The front tendon works quite hard even during a casual jog. If not properly warmed up and trained, it will give you pain.This strap has a few advantages over other ones out there. Apart from being really well made and looking nice, this EVA shaped insert puts the best amount of pressure on your patella, providing pain relief. It also contains no neoprene or latex, which makes it more skin friendly. Finally - and that is really important - one of the layers is a Coolmax-Air, which keeps the moisture away, provides breathability and prevents sweating.On the inside, there are some silicone dots that hold the strap in place.I like that it's suitable for both knees and it has an easy to adjust strap with strong Velcro. Like I said - this is a quality made item. Almost £16 isn't the cheapest for a single strap, but you are getting a really good, medical patella compression. I have fat pad impingement of the right knee and have found that this hasn’t really helped. I have instead resorted to either taping my knee or wearing a full knee support. This maybe more suitable once my knee is a bit better as more as a maintenance support. It is though very well made, adjustable, comfortable and easy to use.

This actually does provide some knee support. It is straightforward to fit and adjust. The quality of the material is quite high.

I tried other braces but this one is the easiest to get on and off plus gives more support to my bad knee. I can put it over or under my trousers too, which gives me no excuse not to use it.
