I was reluctant to buy this item because of some of the negative reviews. However, I took a chance and bought it along with the Apple brand Mag Safe charger. The charger slides into the stand easily but firmly, and my iPhone 15 Pro Max in an Otterbox Mag Safe case holds firmly to the stand while charging. I love that the phone displays the current charge level as soon as the phone is placed in position. The phone can be removed from the stand easily, without disturbing the charger. Some reviews said that the charger came out of the stand along with the phone. Perhaps these reviewers were using an incorrect charger. A bonus is that the stand has a very clean and stylish appearance. I am really happy with this purchase.3/8/24: Just received my second CreaDream stand and Apple MagSafe charger. If you use this stand WITH the Apple charger, you will have no problem. The charger fits into the stand VERY firmly, and removing the phone absolutely does not pull the charger out of the stand. This is pretty clearly stated in the stand description.

For the most part, I have enjoyed this product and use it daily on my desk. Using an apple MagSafe Charger with it along with a quality MagSafe case is perfect. However, putting the MagSafe charger in this product was a complete hassle that I never want to re-live. If the charger were to fall out (thankfully it hasn't happened yet) putting the charger back in would be frustrating again. However.. I do continue to use this product daily and it feels like a quality product especially for the price so I rate 4 stars.For buyers who may not realize, this product remains at 1 angle. There is no way to adjust it, which may be a dealbreaker to some. I don't mind it and simply use it as a charging dock for my phone when I am working as my desk and not using my phone.

Some people need to learn proper reviewing!! As to the MagSafe charger coming out? Learn to pull your phone! Twist and lift out at an angle and as far as it tipping? Hasn’t tipped once! Use it landscape or portrait!! Works every night I go to bed!! Was looking for a stand like this and it’s perfect!!! Was looking for something sleek, modern and simple! Glad I trusted my instinct and not the reviews of others who don’t know how to properly use products!!

I bought this for my iPhone 14pro max so I wouldn’t have to lay it down when it’s on the MagSafe charger & it holds up pretty good. Just don’t tap on the phone or it will come loose and fall off the charger.

I was looking for a simple stand to keep in my kitchen so I could easily use my iPhone 16 while cooking and entertaining friends. I came across this stand at a great price, so I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a nice little holder that accommodates my favorite MagSafe charger! Plus, it has a stylish look even when my iPhone isn't on it. I'm also considering getting one for my nightstand because it's such a fantastic product!

This MagSafe stand checked all the boxes for me and I bought 2 of them. They worked ok at first.For both stands when you put your own MagSafe charger into it, the charger easily pops out. I know how to take a phone off this charger, but I have to put it back in place about every other day. Not ideal.The final straw? I woke up to the smell off burning plastic in the middle of the night. It burned my MagSafe case, rendering it unusable, it completely destroyed the charger and this charging stand.I reached out to Apple, and they explained to me that this particular stand (along with others like it) have a thicker protective layer as to not scratch your phone and/or to help your phone attach better with the large protruding camera. Apple explained that it’s that thicker protective layer that can cause issues like what I experienced.Apple only recommends official Apple MagSafe products, and when they looked over the product description, advised this is not an official MagSafe product. It’s only compatible with MagSafe, and that is extremely misleading to shoppers.Now, I have a pile of carnage that’s unusable. I want my money back.Extra blame to Amazon for allowing sellers to trick shoppers into thinking they are buying the real deal.

I bought this stand to use with a genuine Apple Magsafe wireless charger I have an aftermarket Magsafe case for my phone. This thing works as designed. I do not notice any performance issues with the charging. But then again, I don't stand over my phone with a stop watch. Some folks have commented about heat issues and blame the stand for destroying their charger. I am sorry, I don't get it. Yes, the phone heats up while charging. It's supposed to. Others complain that the Magsafe charger easily pulls out of the stand. Mine does not, it is seated firmly within the stand. Folks who report this issue, may be using an aftermarket wireless charger.
