This thing is a riot, my kids love it! My 2 year old calls it mingo, it lives in her room because it can get pretty annoying when it’s on all the time. Durability is better than expected, my daughter is hard on toys, and mingo does double duty as a hammer. Eventually she smashed the foam in its neck from carrying it around everywhere so it still works but instead of wiggling its head turns about 90 degrees and then stops. For the person sitting on that side it hilariously looks like it’s turning to respond to you. Way more fun than expected, and great gift for a kid. Great value for all the fun we have had with it.

This flamingo repeats exactly what is said with no distortion. The pitch of the voice is a higher than a human voice. If you are on the fence about getting this, just buy it. It’s neck twirls around as it talks and it is cute.

Turn it in and talk to it, it repeats what you say. Simple and fun! The flamingo is soft. Mine came with only one eye though. Quality control could be better.

Was looking for the famous talking cactus but couldn't find any that looked reputable. This was a GREAT alternative. Has an off-on switch, and when it's on it copies everything you say and plays it back at a cuter/higher pitch voice. Also love that it is nice and plush, 6mo loves pulling on its feet and biting its head. Teenage sister loved playing with it so much she asked for one too (instead of the tiktok cactus)

You need to a tiny Philips screwdriver to undo the battery cover. It is hard to maneuver. The directions do not show an accurate picture of where the buttons are or how the product works. It seems to be quite cheaply made.

The media could not be loaded. In the past I purchased the cactus, hamster, cat and parrot repeating toys. They did not repeat the words clearly. This flamingo sounds so clear. I highly recommend this one over all the other repeating toys! My toddler loves it!
