Q: Do i apply the mask after conditioning hair or before?

After cleansing, rinse hair with warm water. Remove excess water from hair. Apply a quarter size amount starting from the ends and working to the roots. Comb product through with fingers or wide tooth comb. Chill out for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water. NO CONDITIONING REQUIRED, THIS MASK TAKES CARE OF IT COMPLETELY. THANKS!

Q: Does it make fine hair even thinner?

I did not find that at all. I have fine-medium hair, and I find it stops frizz without weighing down my hair.

Q: Does this come packed at all? The one I got was just the container with the plastic cap inside?

I ordered 2 and they were both just a lid and a plastic inner lid. When I opened it, it didn’t look like it had been used I was concerned too.
