The individual packets are handy and easy to use. I usually cut mine open and then pour into my mouth, follow that with a bunch of water. The taste is great, easy to take and no side effects. I feel my body works well with the probiotic and it helps to work through some of my gut issues. I do recommend!

I love this product. It works well and makes my gut feel better and work better. The slight cranberry taste is refreshing.

First thing in the morning, I mix a packet of it into juice and drink it down and then do my exercises. For digestive and vaginal health, I honestly feel better and can tell a difference. I feel it's helping my body work the way it's supposed to. I am a total cynic when it comes to believing supplements will have actual results. I am impressed with this. But it did take 4 weeks for me to experience actual positive changes so don't get discouraged.

I have it a 4 start because I just started it today. Time will tell. So I dont know how it’s going to affect me health wise yet. I’m excited & I’m hoping this product helps me.I like how it is flavorless. I have a very picky pallet. I like how the box had a safety seal on it for my protection. The packets are very easy to open. Easy to carry for on the go use. Also it will help me to drink more water every day which I need. I appreciate that it has NO GMO’s in it!I do have one question. I read the entire box. It says to take after meals. But how many times a day, 3? There is no notice of not to exceed such & such amount etc… Or if one a day is enough? No idea what is not enough or what is too much. Also I have a suggestion. If someone takes this 3 times a day, that means there is only a 15 day supply. I suggest selling it as a one month supply. Because one would probably have to take something for 2-4 weeks to see a difference. And buy two boxes at a time. Thank you.

I did not try it in hot water as I thought the heat might degrade the potency of the product. I tried mixing it with a cold mixture that I drink every morning. It took an enormous amount of vigorous shaking to get *almost* all of it dissolved. there remained an approximately 1/4" lump in the bottom of the bottle, and it stuck to the bottle, so I did not get the full dose.

This is my second of this type of product, and I guess it's the D-Mannose for preventing UTI's that tastes sweet, although not nearly as sweet as sugar. I tried putting this in a shot glass of water but it didn't dissolve all the way quickly enough for me. Then I put it straight on my tongue like a pixie stick and was surprised at how easy it was to "get down". I can't recommend it enough!

I take this at night before going to sleep too avoid feeling my stomach gurgle while it's doing it's digestive clean up. I've tried other brands but I actually feel less bloated the next day with this brand.
