Good Looking Outdoor Fire Pit. Mine arrived on-time as Amazon projected and undamaged. Huge amount of packaging.However, ours would not work properly, the fire would light but only remain on for 15-45 seconds. I have owned similar units before which seemed to be the same manufacturer. They always worked fine.My issue is with the importer. They have very resistictive return policy and next to impossible to contact customer support. They provided no useful assistance at all. Primary reason I am giving a single star review.The return requires you to provide your own packaging. The UPS store charged $48.00 for this. 20% the cost of the unit, I had to pay for.Suggest you not purchase any product for this supplier.

I'm impressed with this fire column. Beautifully crafted, the controls work great and it was up and running in about 10 minutes. I was concerned when the box arrived ripped open down one side (see photo). Thanks to excellent interior packaging, the column was not damaged at all. Adjustable feet for leveling, paint and a paint brush for touch up. Clear instructions. All in all, I recommend this fire column.

I bought this for my mom as a gift. She loves it. I wish is was a little shorter by 4-5 inches but I struggled to find one this small that was shorter. It was easy to set up and very attractive. It comes with a cover but a lid would be better.

The fire pit itself is well designed and manufactured. Very pleased with the easy of setting it up. Starts easily and flame can be controlled well. It throws off a considerable amount of heat which is nice on a cool evening. But I knocked a point off since it arrived damaged. Despite what looked like serious attempts to package the unit for safe shipping, it was clear that the box had been dropped because the cardboard protection at the bottom was crushed on one side. End result was two spots where the resin material had broken off. Rather than return it, I decided to patch with plastic wood and paint it. There was touch-up paint included in the box. The unit comes with lava rocks but I still had to go out and purchase more in order to cover the ring. It comes with screw on feet which are nice but I decided to switch those out for casters so I can easily move the unit on our patio.

We did not want to fool with the hauling of wood and cleaning up of ashes on our patio. We also live on a lake and wanted something very water resistant. This fire pit is very sturdy. The artificial stacked stone is done to look like the actual rock. Easy access to the propane tank makes it simple to cut the gas off and on. The starter panel is not obtrusive but easy to use. The only reason I did not give this five stars are the fact that the included lava rocks were not sufficient to cover the whole gas ring, and there were several nicks in the body of the fire pit, both which will require us to have to purchase more lava rock and some kind of cover up pen.
