Arrived on time and in perfect condition. I have wanted a set of these dishes ever since I lived in England. They are stunning! Perfect for everyday and special occasions. The Quality is unsurpassed, and the flower designs are crisp and clear. Honestly, I can say enough about how much I absolutely love these dishes

Best value for money where this brand is concerned. And the mug shape is not often found. Bowles are small so only good for ice cream not cereal and side plates very small only for deserts not salads.

This is my very first brand new full set of plates/dishes and i took my time deciding. They have a nice weight to them, not too delicate, and after a week or more of use they are still looking brand new. The colors arent fading or chipping. They microwave well without issue. And the size is perfect. I had square plates before and prefer the round much more. The functionality of the many different plate and bowl sizes is exactly what i wanted. They are so pretty! I loe they are different flower varieties on each one too.

The Portmeirion Botanic Garden dinnerware set is just beautiful. Such lovely designs. It was packed well, there were no chips, or cracks. It is very sturdy.

I waited a long time to purchase new plates. Everytime I use one of the pieces it brings a smile. They are well made and beautiful!

This was the second 30 piece set of these dishes that I ordered. The first was great. With the second order I was greatly disappointed in the mugs sent in the order. Instead of receiving one each of the Dog Rose, Daisy, Sweet Pea, Garden Lilac, Shrubby Peony & Sweet William, I received two each of the Daisy, Shrubby Peony and the Sweet William. The beauty of thee dishes is that they are different, so when I got duplicates I was very disappointed. I did not want to send the whole order back for that, however, if the supplier PruneDish could correct the error I would be thrilled to hear from them.
