Not sure. Mine quit working shortly after I bought it. I attempted to contact the seller but the listing was no longer valid. I would not recommend getting this.

Q: Can it fit in a gmc envoy?

It should fit most any vehicle. HOWEVER, the one I ordered worked for only a couple of months and then stopped working.

Q: Is everything needed for horn to work correctly included in order? No additional parts needed?

Everything is there except fasteners. This horn is loud, but I am NOT recommending it. Mine only lasted about a month, and when I tried to contact the seller, I was told the product was no longer available.

yes, if you can find a place to mount it.
