First use resulted in succes. Easier than I thought it would be to get a couple nice looking poached eggs in about a minute. Have your toast ready. No messy pan to clean, no fuss, no exploded eggs. We'll be making some Eggs Benedict. Yolks maybe a tad too cooked but I'll adjust time down a few seconds and all eggs are not the same size. This is a good product.

This Egg Poacher does a wonderful poached egg and is SUPER- SAFE to use, even for an elderly person, who I bought this for and they absolutely love it. The overall design is focused on safety and the seller’s - descriptive images on how to use this product correctly from beginning – to - end couldn’t be clearer. This is a crackerjack of an egg poacher and worth every penny.

It poached eggs as advertised. It is a bit difficult to get the white of the egg cooked and still have the yoke runny. But that is the issue with microwaves. They cook from the inside out. When using this egg poacher you need to cook the eggs a bit less cooked than you want them and then leave them for a couple of minutes to let the hot water further cook the whites a bit more. Then they are perfect for me to eat. I’m very picky about having the whites of the eggs solid and not jiggling when I eat them but I like my yoke runny. If you don’t care to have your yoke runny then it is very easy to use this egg poacher but otherwise follow my recommendation on how to cook them and you will be satisfied with the outcome. It just a bit more work and experimenting to get your eggs how you like them.

Expected more, 800W 1.5 minutes 1 egg yolk was overcooked, the other one exploded. Both stuck to plastic. These were XL eggs so definitely not what should have resulted.
