It's completely unusable. Keeps randomly pausing youtube videos on Mac. Tried turning off auto pause. Tried factory reset nothing works. At this price point it's total garbage.

It's a excellent product,as we can expect with Sennheiser. Far better then Bose and Sony if u don't prepare heavy base music. I returned mine doue to changing issue and call receiving. Will wait for momentum 5....as momentum 4 can't be folded so bought momentum 3...People who want smaller details in music can go ahead...best product at that range

After using it for an year I can say that it has its pros and cons for sure but overall one of the best headphones I've ever invested on.Pros I would say Sound quality 100% times better, one of the best headphones out there! in my opinion its better than Audio Technica and Sony for sure.its muti-functions on noise cancelling is another high pro, when traveling (train/bus/plane) its very useful to use the anti pressure and anti wind specially in the plane. I love how easy to toggle in and out of the noise cancelling. The battery life lasts for at least 5 days for me, I use it 4 hours each day minimum.ConsNot a big fan of the buttons - hard to identify this is compared to Audio Technica and Sony headphones.The built its takes awhile to get use to, it is bulkier than most but it is also compact enough to travel with so its something to get use to. It doesn't hang well on my shoulders when resting, and this is not a headphone that can be wore long hours (more than 4 hours) - the head band isn't that comfortable but in terms of quality of the material (wear and tear) last longer than most headphones.I knew these buying this product so for me the only con would be buttons.. other than that I'm completely content with my decision to purchase these headphones and it is definitely worth the money!

After more research then you can shake a stick at I decided to go for these. Sound quality is my number one criteria and these are fantastic. They sound excellent, they have a nice balanced sound and a surprisingly good sound stage for closed back headphones. They sound airy and natural, instrument positioning is quite good, mids are well defined, highs are bright and a bit sparkly, they are capable of lots of bass if yo want it but they can also be quite natural. Very EQ-able, you can achieve the sound you like and it sounds natural and just great.They are fairly comfortable and I have worn them for fairly long listening sessions but they do get a touch clampy after a while. The ear cups are made of a nice leather but it's a little stiff and the foam in them is also a bit stiff so they end up not being as comfortable as they could be.Noise isolation is very good. They do a great job at blocking out sound while not introducing much huing or ear pressure. In fact on this standard noise isolation mode the humming is just barely audible with no sound playing and there's no pressure at al.The app, unfortunately, kinda sticks. Very few options, they removed the EQ in favor or some one point sound adjustment nonsense that no one asked for. There is a "high end" tuning mode which you can enable, it sounds pretty good but if you want to adjust it for yourself you're stuck messing with that half baked single point sound adjustment thing.Connectivity is generally good. I use these with several devices and while they usually connect fine sometimes it will connect to the ones I don't want or you have to go into the settings and tell it to connect. Not sure if this is the fault of the devices or the headphones. Every now and again they do get crackly and drop out a little, like the signal is weak but I'm really close tot he source so not sure why this happens.Battery life is decent, I wish it was a bit better but guess it's a trade off for less weight. You won't have any issues making it through a day or two of heavier use but for someone that doesn't like to charge things often it could be better.The auto pause/play is far too sensitive and glitchy. It will go off when you just turn your head a lot of the times. You can pull the ear cup off to let it re-calibrate in which case it will usually work OK for a bit but eventually it goes back to being too sensitive. There was an update that was supposed to fix it but it did nothing. Why they can't just give us the option to adjust sensitive I don't know. It's best left disabled.These sound so good that I really want to love them but they do have some annoying quirks that detract from my enjoyment of them. If there was something else on the market that sounded as good as these I might consider returning them but if sound quality is what you're after I don't think you're going to beat these at even double the price.

Sumamente recomendables, llevo ya unas semanas utilizandolos y sin ninguna queja:- Inalámbrico: el modo bluetooth es bueno, superior a otros audífonos inalambricos y no presenta problemas de conección ni latencia- Con cable: la mejor calidad de audio, toman un carácter y detalle excelente cuando se usan con cable, ojo, requiere estar encendidos para funcionar el máximo potencial- Comodidad: súper cómodos, los puedes usar horas sin que sean cansados a pesar de que no son ligeros, solo llega a sentirse el peso en la cabeza pero nada incómodo- Batería: A pesar de que dura menos que la competencia no es un punto de quiebre para mí, podría mejorar pero es lo suficientemente buena-ANC: Talvez su punto más débil, no es mala la cancelación de ruido pero tampoco es la mejor, es suficiente para lograr concentrarte en tu música pero no bloquea todos los ruidos exteriores, me gusta que no genera presión-Materiales: todo se siente de excelente calidad, lo único que me queda a deber es el cable auxiliar porque no se siente acordé a este productoEn conclusión es una compra segura, lo recomiendo
