Great crepe pan!
Great crepe pan! The Swiss granite nonstick coating works really well—crepes and eggs slide right off with minimal oil. It heats evenly, feels sturdy, and cleans up easily. Simple, reliable, and a great value for everyday use.

REALLY GREAT MID-PRICED PAN with some CAVEATS
So far, so good. This is the 12" crepe pan. I made a thin omelette and an experimental "healthy" flat bread with lots of herbs and spices which tend to stick, and no sticking whatsoever. I used a fair amount of oil. Very easy to clean. Just wiped with a damp cloth and dried. I purchased an additional, smaller one. I also have a 9.5" pan. I find with regular use, non-stick pans usually only perform for a year. One of the reviews for this product said it lasted three years... Since I've found the same longevity issue with really expensive pans, including Diamond, these mid-priced pans seem a good deal (especially if they last as long as three years. I invested in some cast iron pans as I don't like adding to waste (with pans), but they just are not great for everything, and I've never been able to successfully cook eggs or eggy things with them, and tomato sauces are also a problem... I only wish these came with metal handles for hotter oven use. I love that it has heft to it. It seems flat and maybe the heft will make it less prone to warping. Know it is not heavy enough to be burdensome, it just conveys some attention to quality through not skimping on materials, and it seems to heat evenly. Another pan came with an extra screw but this one did not! And the thickness of the handles can post a problem with hanging them... But for fake wood, these handles look lovely and feel nice in the hand. Overall, I'm very happy. I'll be updating all of my reviews based on how they wear, which is, as I said, a huge issue with non-stick pans.

Decent crepe pan - love the brown color!
Love this pan so much. The little crepe spreader thing is a cheap wooden material, so i didn’t really enjoy using that, but when i did it worked ok. I was able to make thicker and thinner crepes. Very easy to flip the crepes because the nonstick was good (I’ll update after more uses). It’s a standard crepe size pan, and I was able to cut my crepes in half to make them into the size I needed. Love that I can take the handle off to store the pan flat, but wonder over time how sturdy it will be if all that holds the sheet with the handle is a single short screw. I also love the brown color!

Beautiful pan that comes with a bonus Phillips Head Screwdriver! It's a Win Win
So beautiful, and makes the most beautiful crepes. This has "some assembly required" (just a turn of a screw really) and it comes with a full sized Phillips Head Screwdriver. I was extremely impressed with that bonus tool. I will be getting another one of these so I can make twice as many crepes at one time. This really is so nicely made. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves making crepes.

Very Good - Especially for Indian Roti’s, Dosa’s Paratha’s etc.
Love this Griddle - bought it couple of weeks back and have used it multiple times since then. It is easy to cook on, so far nothing sticks to it (hope that stays) and its a good size. However just one thing that bothers me - whenever I use it, it gives out a fishy kind of smell-don’t like that. Easy to clean too. Would definitely recommend buying this

great quality!
I've been using these for about a year now. Super happy with the even heating, the nonstick performance, and the durability. Worth every penny and better than my last crepe pan.

Pan cooks pancakes perfectly
My old skillet kept burning my grandson’s pancakes so I was determined to find a pan that would cook them better. This is the pan. First of all, it’s very classy looking with its wood grain handle. It heated up perfectly and the pancakes slid off the pan easily. No sticking. My grandson’s pancakes are now delicious with this pan. There is one screw you have to unscrew to attach the handle. The mfg included a full size, very nice Phillips screw driver with a magnetic tip to unscrew this one screw. What a bonus. Would definitely recommend this beautiful pan..

It's a good pan for making pancakes, but the handle and the price are very disappointing.
The frying pan is generally not bad. The non-stick coating is excellent – pancakes fry easily, nothing sticks even with minimal oil. The size is convenient, not too big, easy to maneuver on the stove. It heats up very evenly, there are no hot spots. However, there are serious drawbacks that have left me very disappointed: When heated strongly, the handle starts to emit a smell of melting plastic. This is unpleasant and raises safety concerns. There is a significant looseness in the handle attachment – it wobbles noticeably, making it uncomfortable to hold the pan. The biggest disappointment is the handle. In all the promotional photos, it looks like real wood, and at this price, it immediately gives the impression of a premium material. In reality, it's just ordinary plastic with an imitation wood finish. The plastic handle simply doesn't fit a product of this level – it spoils both the appearance and the overall feeling of quality. For this price, the manufacturer could easily have used real wood or at least a higher quality heat-resistant material. In the end, the price seems greatly inflated for such basic functionality and questionable design decisions.
