This is a quality piece. The angle is good and the cutting edges are sharp and true.

I use these Coil Master wire cutters to cut wire leader material for fishing lure production. I just purchased a second pair to reduce production time. They consistently make smooth, clean, non-fraying cuts in the stranded wire material. If a need arises for additional cutters, Coil Master will definitely be the choice. Highly recommended for light wire cutting operations.

I have different wire cutter brands, and the only reason I bought the Coil Master is because my kit's wire cutter has got some kinks and dents. The wire cutter works as intended and is slim enough to cut in tight corners. My only problem (the reason I knockdown 1 stars) is that the product isn't as durable as Hakko's wire cutters despite the price being much higher.

Good hand feel, nice grips. I use these primarily for thin copper wiring and occasional circuit board connector removal after soldering. So far, no evidence of blade wear. I hope these will last for years.

Cuts like a charm (still does) and feels comfortable to hold.
