The cue is lovely but NO CASE WITH IT which seems to be a common theme!I paid for cue and case so not happy that only the cue came

Arrived without soft case
Cue looks ok but annoyingly arrived minus its case…. Only option online was to return item but as this is a present I just need a case and no option to arrange this online. Very frustrating
