I order this product to help control my cortisol levels.As a bit of background, I have been lifting weights for just a little over 40 years. This product taste great, however it contains Malitol. This causes cramps and bloating and one of the worst of the artificial sugars. It makes me very sick and it's not returnable. I love the flavor and the texture and wish I could take these but unfortunately Im of the lucky ones that gets sick from malitol.

It has been my first bottle. I really like the taste. I have been noticing that I do not feel like taking a nap as much and also have noticed that I focus more during the day. My only question is if I should start taking the next bottle or give my body time to rest from it?
