Spectacular.
Dear reader,Do you want a quality watch that keeps time extremely well, looks genuinely expensive, feels expensive, gets you countless compliments, feels great to wear, and is something you'd wear for the rest of your life?BUY THIS WATCH.The Stührling Meridian GMT Diver is probably the biggest bang for your buck watch on Amazon. This watch, which I bought for $59.99, is absolutely spectacular. I've been wearing it for almost a year now, and in that time, I have received literally countless compliments from both men and women about how nice my watch is.It is a beautiful homage to the Rolex Oyster GMT Master II, and it is truly an accurate homage, down to the crown, lettering, bracelet quality, and weight. It feels expensive when you wear it, and it has the looks. The colors on the bezel are very vibrant and easy to read. The cyclops (magnified date) is very well magnified and easy to read. The lume is probably the best lume I've seen on a watch under $100, and I have taken this watch swimming and it is literally waterproof. Just make sure to not exceed the maximum depth rating. The movement is borderline perfection. It is a REAL Ronda Swiss quartz movement, and it sourced from Ronda of Switzerland. I am willing to say that this watch keeps time better than a real Rolex. After nearly a year, I have not had to set the time at all (except for daylight savings). This watch is not an automatic, so you don't need to wear it constantly or put it on a watch winder, and the battery life is great. It is worth noting that the bezel is not unidirectional, or one-way, and doesn't click. This is actually a very cool feature, since real GMT Master IIs have a bidirectional bezel that does not click. I believe the real Rolex have detents in the bezel when rotating, and the Stührling Meridian GMT Diver does not. It can be very difficult to move at first but the more you play with it and move it, it will loosen up (at least for my example). The watch looks very cool with the bezel rotated. And finally, this is just a minor detail that annoys only me, but the GMT hand is orange on the "Batman/Batgirl" (black/blue model), which I don't have as of this writing. The "Pepsi" (the one pictured) has a red GMT hand and looks great. The Batman GMT Diver's GMT hand is orange, and should be blue. Other than that, this watch is literally perfect.10/10

I wear this watch more than my expensive ones!
It's just a joy to wear! The times I grab this watch to wear is disproportionate to the times I grab my more expensive watches (see those in my Rothwell watch box reviews). The colors of the Pepsi bezel are brilliant, and it's a really nice size for my wrist. I wore this watch during my recent overseas vacation to Switzerland for the GMT function - easy to adjust and kept great time. I also banged it up quite a bit on the trains and during outdoor activities and it held up very well. When I visited the high-end watch boutiques around Switzerland, you could tell it wasn't quite up to those finishing standards, and really no comparison to overall quality. But then again, I'm not trying to fool anyone with this piece. I just enjoy it on my wrist.

Watch
Works good and looks nice. Meets expectations. Like automatics, but also like quartz and this style.

Three month review
Was dying for a good quality Rolex type watch, wasn't about to drop $25,000 for one or more,or anything close, even a basic Breitling is $5000 and up. This fit the bill. i had to get the band adjustedat my fave jeweler shop on LI NY here, because even with a new watch repair kit, it was a bitch toget the first few pins out, I gave up on it. Had my man adjust it, and now I"m sporting this finepiece daily. So far, the accuracy seems on point, it has weight to it, and the crown is screw-down.I showered with it once by accident, and it didn't leak or get water in it. For the price, so far,I think this is worth it. I bought a similar Invicta about three years ago, but the band (a rubber one)(snapped for no reason and cracked, and the watch crown has rubbing and foxing on it already. For no reason. So, I would buy a Stuhrling instead. If you need a high end timepiece,go buy a Breitling, Seiko, or a lower end Tag or Tissot. Or, a higher end Victorinox which are goodif they're higher end. But this watch is fantastic as a $50 all arounder. It looks great, is comfortable, and has weight without being annoying at all. The face is big enough to be masculine but notannoy you if you're exercising or working with it on. I normally wear tons of Casio GShocks, which are great, but sometimes you want a Rolex type old school watch and this would alsobe good for dressing up.

Terrible quality
I have owned 2 Stuhrling watches, one since 2014, the "Aquadiver Regatta Champion Professional Diver", which I had worn everyday until it finally stopped working in 2023. It was an amazing watch. The quality of that watch, for the price, was excellent, from the crystal to the bracelet, it held up beautifully, and it kept excellent time for a watch under $60.00! So, naturally, when I looked to replace it, I went back to Stuhrling.....WHAT A MISTAKE! I purchased this Black/Blue dial version, and as soon as I received the watch my disappointments began. First thing I notice is the bracelet weight, it felt very lite and felt very cheap. Next, I noticed the bezel. The arrow" and the numbers on the bezel do not line up with the numbers on the dial...WHAT! And then when you think it can't get any worse, the bezel does not have any "click" to it, it just [freely] spins when turned. It can't be set. I look down at my watch throughout the day, and the marker will have been moved to where ever! Lastly, as I have worn the watch, the "crystal", and I use that term loosely, is constantly dirty, dusty and hazy with smudges on it....it acts like plastic! The quality of this watch is no where near the one I wore since 2014. Even at the $69.99 price for this watch, it's not even worth that! I will look elsewhere for my everyday watch!
