Great trail cam with 1 flaw.
This is my first and only trail cam and I was pretty impressed with the quality for the price. Very nice video quality day or night.With 8 fresh 1.5v (12v combined) AA batteries it works flawlessly. Although as the batteries drop to about 11v the night vision starts to get buggy, only works intermittently. As the batteries drop to about 10v the night vision stops working all together. Still works great during the day.So to hopefully fix this issue I made a 12v 18650 battery pack. Now it should work better and longer, and I can recharge the 18650’s so I shouldn’t have to replace the AA’s for a very long time.

Good Basic Camera
Started buying these cameras when they were $52.00 and now have about 10 of them. They are a good basic camera but the video is not great quality at times. As most game cameras, they do not fare well when Bears maul them.
