Q: I see this pan is not for use on an induction surface, but, is it electric smooth top stove friendly?

NO it is not! I have tested on two induction stoves. & with magnets. Does not have a Magnetic base plate

Q: Can I use this pans on the oven?

Yes, it is oven safe up to 500 degrees.

Q: What's the warranty period and how does it work?

Warranty is worthless. you have to ship the pot to them and pay a $10.00 handling fee. For a $20 pot. Just buy a new one
